Just random notes about the members while I procrastinate from my fic omg.

Take with a grain of salt; i don't actually know anything and I tag all far-reaching conjectures with HEADCANON ALERT

Heejin

Her writing ENTJ as a blood type in the weekly idol profile is one of the most Heejin things i've ever seen
it's so intriguing to me that people in Loona thinks she's serious/passionate, and at the same time so curious about everything (such as joining in conversations late at night)
wish bbc gave her space to show off her musicality. She clearly loves music. She does vocal blending at random. I can count on one hand the number of times i've seen her hold a guitar which is sad
Strikes me as the kind of person to deep dive into conversation instead of covering a range of topics. Such as that tteokbokki debate with choerry LOL
This girl really wants to be cool more than cute and I find that really cute
she's really touchy! and awkward about it at the same time!

Hyunjin

Her charisma is so strong when she's really feeling herself/having fun and it's such a joy to watch her
HEADCANON ALERT Love language is definitely quality time, definitely games-related. It gets her out of her shell like nothing else (such as that one time she played football with other kids abroad). I also remember that one video where Chuu just keeps throwing pillows at her and she catches it with her legs. Trampoline and balloon headbutts with Choerry. I think this is why she and Heejin are close
Initially was such an enigma to me. Couldn't peg her because she's so often pegged as "Aeong" or "klepto" but this changed when i saw pics of her going to the HeeChuu baseball pitch.
girlie is so transparent with her emotions, which is why her joy is infectious
she's also super duper considerate of the members, though she has unorthodox methods of showing it (that TV grabbing story, making random noises to cheer people up)

Haseul

Haseul in the latest chat was such a sight for sore eyes.
She really takes to her leader/older sister role so well. I can't wait to see more of her.
I wish i had more to say but i'm just a baby orbit

Yeojin

This girl is so eager to express her love. It's contagious
so extroverted. cue her talking to foreigners during the So What MV shooting. Cue her talking to Vivi in the dormitories in korean even if Vivi couldn't understand what she's saying. she's a great kind of gregarious and I think that helps bridge the age and personality gap between her and the older members. Definitely the person to make the first connections
she's SO pretty. her face is so small (like face masks always dwarf her face ahaha) and you can put her in any clothing she looks good (but also kimmin dressing her up as a divorcee going to court is just so BLEURGH)
I think being LOONA's maknae helps push her to do better and try harder. She's really improved so much as a performer in the past year i'm so ecstatic
That she's one of the few people who regularly and willingly cook in the kitchen is always such a fun thing to remember

Vivi

Gryffindor vivi is out for my blood
This girl is made of stern stuff. She's not squeamish about zombie movies.
She's such a people person, and her insights about the members are so profound.
she's also so funny and corny! making deer sounds like "bibi bibi" and doing funky moves for that idol house shuriken game, girl has no fear of embarrassing herself. HEADCANON ALERT i think this stems from a very mature sense of self, with no need to put up pretenses
Chef Vivi is just so. Lovely. She cooks for her members. That's so much love.

Kim Lip

Physical touch love language for sure. She does it when she's excited, when she wants to express fondness (i see the yeojin head pats), it's just such an immediate way for her to express herself without going into the intricacies of interaction
I think a lot about her friendship with Chuu because it's such an opposites dynamic. HEADCANON ALERT But it makes sense because Chuu is touchy as heck and is very straightforward with her affection. And also everyone's first impression of Kim Lip is intimidating but that won't stop Chuu.
She's shameless with her affection but at the same time gets embarrassed so easily XD girl enjoy yourself
HEADCANON ALERT Strikes me as a black and white morality kinda girl. The way she's super adamant against slytherin (lol Jinsoul) without even really knowing what it is
I think Kim Lip is very fierce with her affection. Like when Choerry was joking that she wasn't cute in Idol House GIRLL she just went full "Nuh Uh You're cute Be Proud"
Also she's just always down for antics? She'd catch falling apples. Float in pools. Play-fight for amusement. Try out mouth beatboxing. Do funky dances. She'd get embarrassed right after, sure, but she still does it!

Jinsoul

I love her loona logs so much, the production value. And her stage presence is so strong
This girl has a lot of internal thoughts going on. I remember seeing somewhere that she sometimes talk to herself? Her thought process is so clearly laid out with every sentence she makes, she's so articulate. Girl has a strong brain.
BBC please put her on king of masked singer.
I think a lot about that tweet that talks about how wearing black a lot means that you want to be seen for who you are. I think it suits Jinsoul a Lot lot, especially with her foray into songwriting and self-expression as an artist
I really like her ambition to do well in the music scene. She's also the most vocal about loving to perform and write music for LOONA, and she's the one who's most public about taking steps towards those things (college courses, talking about music production
HEADCANON ALERT i think she and Yves own the lion's share of the "tease members to show affection" pie, with the rest of it going to Vivi and Hyejoo.

Choerry

Recently thinking of her as the ace that she is. She's pretty OP for a maknae line: eldest sister, class president, "insider" type with a lot of friends, actively adding input to choreography to the point that she's formally recognized for it
i am honestly in awe of how she did with the fishing variety. Not just because she caught octopus pretty well, but also with how well she melded with a boat full of old people. I think it's a sign of her maturity that she's able to converse with people from all walks of life in a very unassuming, respectful, yet dynamic way.
Hyerim thoughts: apparently they played truant once by eating outside during school hours? I wonder why!
HEADCANON ALERT I think Choerry has a really good people barometer, like she can pick up the mood of a room really well and work with it. i don't really see a lot of awkwardness with her? it's like she just always Fits.

Yves

She's a goofball your honor.
We need to rid the world of the notion that Yves is a heartless womanizer. She expressed multiple times that she's very introspective and attuned to the people around her. She strikes me as the type to internalize a lot of emotion and to base her actions on the way other people will feel about it.
HEADCANON ALERT Because she internalizes a lot of emotion it makes sense that she's not the type to easily warm up to others.
I think a lot of people forget that she calls herself a sunfish. Sunfish = very easily startled, faint-hearted
Strikes me as obedient daughter material. Gets along so well with older people, not the type to butt heads. Did well in school even when her singer dreams were being threatened. i'm glad she pursued her dreams of being a singer though, it must have taken a lot of heart.
Yves kitchen queen speaks volumes of her status as Officer-In-Charge

Chuu

Chuu keeps on surprising me with how straightforward she is. Her vivacity is so simple and childlike, she makes it look so easy to trust and love people.
A lot of what I think of Chuu is based on her relationships with the other members, which says a lot about her as well: she's a people person
ex. Yves - the way they warmed up to each other so easily? This is Yves, who (as seen in Vlives) is so shy around new people. And that predebut they were already confiding deep feelings about their dreams n stuff? HEADCANON ALERT I think this is because Chuu is very transparent, which makes it easy for Yves to understand her and as a continuation to that, trust her.
ex. Heejin - On more than one occasion i'm surprised by a quip Chuu makes about her (i can't recall any now) but shows me that Chuu definitely remembers the things people tell her, even seemingly insignificant things (like the reason she's working out, or her favorite season of the year). They also apparently stay up late at night to talk HEADCANON ALERT i think it's because they're both extroverts and it's because Heejin has a lot of conversation fuel and Chuu loves conversation
ex. Yeojin - yeojin has mentioned enough times how much strength/joy she receives from Chuu. HEADCANON ALERT i think because of age Yeojin isn't as connected to the rest of the personalities in Loona, and I like to imagine that Chuu makes it a point to reach out to her.

Gowon

I find her so funny, which says a lot about me. Her loona logs made me laugh so much. It's like she always has the punch line in her hands. Her presence in Jinsol's lego loona log is also hilarious, their conversation was so fun.
Her fondness for Choerry is so relatable!!!
She gravitates towards jinsoul, hye, yves, choerry. There's something about it that i can't really put into words but I find it so very Gowon.
She's so so so good at dancing. She always stands out to me omg.

Olivia Hye

She's so blunt with her words, at the same time she makes it a point to write notes for the members. Words of affirmation kinda gal
Probably why she's tight with Gowon. Gowon doesn't cut corners around her words and that can rub some people the wrong way (cue jokes about her being an unfeeling robot) but that also makes it easy for people to trust her.
I find her dynamic with Yves so fun! because Yves is such a straight man (i'm referring to the comedy double act dynamic) to Hye's funny man, hye always picking up whatever jokes Yves drops for her. HEADCANON ALERT i think they've established this level of trust with the following expectations: 1. that Yves can tell her when she's going too far and 2. that Hye won't say anything to hit where it hurts.
The fact that her sister always makes food for the members? that's so CUTE.
