Here's a new personality framework I pulled out of nowhere! Disclaimer: I wrote this way past my bedtime
Overview
The Thinker-Doer model is a cartesian plane where you can plot a personality along 2 axes:
Focus Identifier
The focus identifier is the input of a person's concerns: What catches a person's attention? What do they consider worth investing time in? This thing of concern can be called the "object of focus."
A person can fall along a range between Reactive and Proactive:
Engagement style
The engagement style is the output of a person's concerns: What course of action does a person take when they want to tackle whatever it is that catches their focus?
A person can fall along a range between Thinker and Doer:
Quick Guide:

DISCLAIMER: I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. TAKE THIS WITH A GRAIN OF SALT
An interesting thing to note about this framework: Not only does the placement of a person matter, but the placement of those around them.
As an example I present the following (click to enlarge):

Explanation
The insight is not limited to ships, though: when two people work together they tend to pull towards their own concerns (focus identifier) and their course of action (engagement style), ending up with a middle ground that is usually more robust. It's harder for people at further ends of the cartesian plane but the distance is proportionate to the breadth of insight to be gained by cooperation.
Meanwhile, more harmonious relationships lie close to each other. While there may be no conflict between them, the conflict can arise from oversight of scenarios where the other quadrants would have come in handy. Lipseul is a good example for this (if either Haseul or Kim Lip were given an opportunity to further a career path, this may lead to conflict between them as they'll have to struggle with the long-term vision of their relationship)
Final Notes
Placement on the graph does not determine maturity or quality of being human. All aspects have strengths and weaknesses and all of them can be good or bad
Let me know what you think of both the Thinker-Doer model and the headcanons!
Overview
The Thinker-Doer model is a cartesian plane where you can plot a personality along 2 axes:
- Focus Identifier - whether a person is more likely to focus on the concerns around them or the concerns inside them
- Engagement style - whether a person is more likely to engage with such concerns through thinking or acting
Focus Identifier
The focus identifier is the input of a person's concerns: What catches a person's attention? What do they consider worth investing time in? This thing of concern can be called the "object of focus."
A person can fall along a range between Reactive and Proactive:
- A person is reactive when they are more likely to be concerned with their environment: the needs of others, the direct need of a certain situation. To be reactive is to be adaptable, flexible, attentive to the clues of the situation at hand.
- Note: A reactive person isn't necessarily aimless; they are just more likely to prioritize the immediate needs of those around them over their own long term vision.
- A person is proactive when they are more likely to be concerned with their internal vision: their goals for personal growth, heart's passions and aspirations. To be proactive is to be driven, focused, attentive to the dream they want to attain.
- Note: A proactive person isn't necessarily selfish; they are just more likely to prioritize the long term vision over the immediate needs of those around them.
Engagement style
The engagement style is the output of a person's concerns: What course of action does a person take when they want to tackle whatever it is that catches their focus?
A person can fall along a range between Thinker and Doer:
- A person is a Thinker when they think through a course of action before engaging the object of their focus. To be a Thinker is to value the quality of the action taken, to evaluate and analyze the clues available before committing to a course of action. This makes a Thinker susceptible to Analysis Paralysis (where the options to be considered are too difficult to choose from that neither ends up being chosen in time)
- Note: A Thinker isn't necessarily slow or unadaptable: they just prefer to understand a situation fully before making any key decisions concerning the object of focus
- A person is a Doer when they engage the object of their focus without the need to think through the course of action. To be a Doer is to value the speed at which an action is taken, to pursue a course of action to resolve a perceived need. This makes a Doer susceptible to Satisficing (where the first available option that is "good enough" to resolve a concern is taken, even if it's not the best option)
- Note: A Doer isn't necessarily rash; they are just prefer to grab the time-bound opportunities concerning the object of focus

Explanation
- Heejin: Proactive Doer with Proactive emphasis - vision oriented, very disciplined with herself, kind of person to go through all the lengths to achieve her dreams
- Hyunjin: Pure Doer - woman of action, sensitive to those around her but at the same time not bending over backwards
- Haseul: Reactive - not enough info to make a proper conclusion, but the kind of person to pick up on the needs of others and address them
- Yeojin: Reactive Doer with Doer emphasis - very spontaneous, would do things without much consideration for the consequences if it helps those around her
- Vivi: Reactive Doer with mild Doer - very attentive to the people around her, not the type to jump on a course of action but has spontaneity that's commonly overshadowed by her relaxed personality [EDIT FEB 16 - upon further consideration I'd put Vivi on the proactive side of the plane rather than reactive, as while she's attentive to those around her she also has a lot of drive for her own dreams and would focus effort on her own growth]
- Kim Lip: Mild Reactive Doer - hard to peg, has a solid sense of self that makes her less dependent on the environment, shy with actions though she still does them
- Jinsoul: Proactive Thinker with Proactive emphasis - vision oriented, has a very strong sense of self. Takes things slow and evaluates self often
- Choerry: Pure Reactive: values the needs of those around her and is talented at meeting those needs
- Yves: Reactive Thinker with Reactive emphasis - very attuned to the needs of those around her, takes time to understand how best to meet those needs.
- Chuu: Reactive Doer with Reactive emphasis - spontaneous, easygoing, the kind of person to bend over backwards to accommodate others
- Gowon: Pure Thinker - has a lot of internalization going on; attuned to those around her but not to the point of giving them priority over herself, doesn't have a clear vision that she aims for
- Olivia Hye: Proactive Doer with mild Proactive - gets things done, doesn't have a clear vision but places clear value on own priorities over the need to satisfy others (such as with acting cutesy or getting nails done)
